1.  Passport Size photo (recent) – two copies.
2.   Birth Certificate: Original and photo copy.
3. Aadhaar Card: Original and photo copy.
4.    Blood Group of the student.
5.  PEN No. (Permanent Education Number & Previous School UDISE No.)
6.  Family Ration Card: Original and photo copy.
7. Caste Certificate (ST/SC): Original and photo copy.
8. Transfer Certificate (KG-I to VIII & XI): Original.
9.  Mark sheet: Original and photo copy.
10.   Income certificate of parents: Original and photo copy
